Free Trial Credit Terms

When you create a new PuchiDen account, we may add a small amount of calling credit to your balance so you can try the service before paying. This credit is a promotional benefit, not a purchased product, and it is provided on the terms below.

How the free credit works

• The free credit is for new accounts only and is limited to one per person.
• It is provided at our discretion. We may decline to grant it, or grant a different amount, at any time.
• It is not available for disposable, temporary, or throwaway email addresses.
• We may withhold, reduce, or revoke the credit where we reasonably suspect duplicate sign-ups, automated registration, or any other abuse — including creating more than one account to claim the credit again.
• The free credit has no cash value, is non-transferable, and is not refundable or withdrawable as cash.
• The amount of the free credit, and whether we offer it at all, are promotional and may change or end at any time, without notice.

This does not restrict your account

Not receiving the free credit does not limit your account in any other way. You can still register, sign in, add your own credit, and place calls in the normal way. The free credit simply gives new users a small amount to try the service first.

Relationship to our Terms of Service

These terms supplement our Terms of Service — in particular the "One Account Per Person" and "Credits And Payments" sections.
